Profile Picture is not syncing for team meetings. | Microsoft Community Hub With my new outlook.de Account I can use Teams but I still "see" the old Profile but cannot login or change it. How could the old profile be deleted?

I already deleted Teams and reinstalled it on my Mac - still the old profile shows up - must be something within the Microsoft settings. How and where could that old profile be removed? Any ideas?
